一、概況:
1.30噸熔鋼爐說明
30噸熔鋼爐：主要包括脈波整流變壓器，一臺中頻電源、二臺鋼殼爐體和PLC輔助熔煉管理系統等組成。PLC輔助熔煉管理系統，不僅能夠顯示電源運行的實時數據與信息，還能夠顯示整個系統的運行狀態與信息，并且具有自動烘爐，冷爐啟動，故障診斷，故障信息顯示和存儲，運行信息顯示，系統狀態顯示等功能。
基本配置：24脈波整流變壓器（額定容量15000Kva），兩臺鋼殼爐體、一套中頻電源、一套逆變補償電容，電源結構為12相24脈雙整流并聯逆變結構。傾爐方式為液壓翻轉，配遠程操縱箱。
